Brutus @Just88, I think that was the whole idea The Lee Family keep SCGM listed. Besides cashing out via capital repayment, they also sold their shares to the new owners at a premium. Should be an exciting new beginning for SCGM (likely to be renamed) shareholders.

Just88 Yes, successful injection of coconut business into SCGM will be a windfall for the existing shareholders. Given the information I have, it is already at the stage of seeking SC approval. The new controlling shareholders will ensure the successful listing of their coconut business. Delisting of SCGM will results in losses to them.
