Once they are experienced, likely they will leave for large MNC eg: Singapore where SGD is so much worth. Unlike other types of fabless tech company like Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Broadcom, etc, these company have talent & PRODUCTS. If Oppstar can't retain talent with higher salary, likely they won't do well. The company perform well in 2020-2022 as most staff cannot leave the country as Msia border reopened in April 2022.
