  Steve Ooi 2nd quarter result superb good, lead by Indonesia subsi perform. Management hinted FY19 earnings will be better than FY18, I suppose their words will come true. This company has been growing with CAGR of 11% for the past 5 years. Its products hold a strong margin at 40% and sold in fast-growing nations like Indonesia apart from msia, SEA countries and ocenia. Last year Sept japanese company kitz corporation bought 25.1% share at rm 1.65. Kitz is 1 pf top valve company in the world with global sale channels. It is an almost 70 year-old company. i believe the strategic investment of them in Unimech will provide synergistic effect as unimech products which is middle end can be distributed through kitz distribution network and Unimech can be the sole distributor of kitz products. I hope this will further increase CAGR of unimech in the near future. These are the 4 possible scenarios: 1. Parliament will be dissolved and a snap election will be called 2. A state of Emergency in the whole country will be declared by YDPA 3. Muhyiddin will resign and YDPA will appoint an interim PM 4. YDPA will appoint a new PM who has majority MPs support. A new budget 2021 also will be tabled by the new appointed PM. It is growing really well, particularly in Indonesian. There must be something special about it for the japanese to buy its share. The japanese company kitz coprporation, is world top valve company listed in japanese stock market. Unimech's indonesian subsidiary is something interesting to look at. Over 40 branches in whole indonesia with population of 270million and it is 1 of the top foreign investment country.
