  SincereStock @hohlaiyet88 if you so emphasize on dividend just don't bother about this counter. some counters give consistent dividends, some counters like this one doesn't because the company need to focus on paying debt first. I invest on both type of counters, with or without dividends payout, most importantly is the price is undervalue with strong fundamental. comparing the fair fundamental value of the company with it's current market price. hence, targeting capital gain profit mainly, dividend only side bonus by the way, you say this counter no dividend I agree, but no move? no body can precisely predict the future movement of any stock counters, so please don't be sure about that. just be patience if you invested here, or just sell, up to you 26/10/2023 1:48 PM  supersaiyan3 hohlaiyet88, i will sell immediately if no dividend plus the management is spending company money like their own money. I have collected enough btw average cost 0.110 after few in out previously with few profit locked @5354_ just sold PENERGY after deep consideration during afternoon rest just now, can see my comment there~ 03/01/2024 3:09 PM SincereStock woah haha just commented reluctant to sell this counter then few hours later this counter up 9% already thank you so much ASIAPAC 03/01/2024 4:11 PM SincereStock Hope so, won't take profit too fast this time, it has been staying bottom low for quite sometime already btw just another fact for thought, this counter started with ipo of 20 sen, after listed for so many years and retained profits of 52.8sen (mostly the form of a built up top 1 shopping mall in Sabah that can continuously generate reits kind of profits), which make it's current book value worth total of 72.8 sen. then, after all of this accomplishment, the company now traded at half the price of it's IPO? so bad, so hard to believe, but then this is such a hard to get chance to buy ASIAPAC at half it's IPO price after all the accomplishment and retained profits! 03/01/2024 10:36 PM SincereStock also remember the expired 20 sen iculs? actually nothing gone wrong with the company since then, IMAGO MALL is just as good as expect, and will continue to be no1 mall in Sabah for long time to come, I say this as a Sabahan that regularly visit IMAGO MALL. don't believe what I say, simply go visit it's facebook page and see it's comparable to west Malaysia top Malls' seasons' decorations.
