Based on latest quarter report (dated 31 March 2021), Weighted average number of ordinary shares = 212,882,000 shares KLSE NOSH = 400,142,339 shares If the latest quarter report is AS AT 31 MARCH 2021: 1. This means 60,000 ordinary shares from RCPS and 90,000 ordinary shares from private placement are considered in the quarter report,right? 2. Which means that the difference in share number between quarter report and NOSH on KLSE should be the 50,000 ordinary shares(from RCPS conversion in April), right?
