Business Background Eupe Corp Bhd is an investment holding company. The business of the company operates in segments that include Property Development, which develops residential properties; Chalet and Golf Operation and Management, which operates and manages chalet, restaurant, golf club, and recreation facilities; Property Construction, which constructs and sales residential and commercial properties; and Others, which rents properties, fruit cultivation and kindergarten operations. The Property Development segment generates maximum revenue for the company. Geographically the company caters its services only to the Malaysian market.

Diversified with few business summore. But no one seem to notice yet. Lucky all its Klang valley projects were well taken up resulting in stable eps in the last 3 years. The next project Est8 is also strategicly located.. However the selling price of circa RM800psf & current pandemic may be abit challenging this time round. Hope it enjoy good take up. Everything is good about this company in terms of management, financial health and earnings. I did a thorough check and still cant find anything wrong with it. My lil insider birdie told me they're going to buyback alot of shares soon. 29/04/2021 6:45 PM Rowie The company has some non controlling shareholders ie outside shareholders of some of its operating subsidiaries. That’s a drain on its profits, otherwise it PAT will be RM 61m. If u look at the cash flow statement EUPE paid almost RM 50m as dividends to shareholders of non-controlling interest. That’s a huge amount. Previous year nil. Management must disclose this major payment ie someone must ask management n post here. I only have a few lots & the company will not entertain me. I hope KYY n gang who hold big shares sees this post n question the management n we get a satisfactory answer. ThE company should declare at least 20-50 sen dividend to reward its loyal shareholders I also cannot get the latest shareholder list to find out how much KYY holds. Is there no dividend? Bursa already given 1 month extension and their unaudited accounts was released end of April. Seems like they need 4 months to "craft" their annual report... and is a small group. Lousy CFO should be sacked for the delays. Therefore, it is possible that when the US market goes down, our market will be up. Besides, even if this external factor is important, what EUPE is doing at company level is also important. Look at India stock index, it is at its all time high. Jakarta stock index also recovers nicely.
