Amanah Harta Tanah PNB 2 (AHP2) is a Malaysia-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of AHP2 is investment in real estates and other authorized investments with the objectives of achieving steady returns and for long term capital growth. Pelaburan Hartanah Nasional Berhad (PHNB), the manager of the Company is a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). As of June 30, 2009, the number of real estate in the portfolio of AHP2 remained at five. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 (fiscal 2009), all three real estates in Kuala Lumpur except for the real estate at Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur, recorded 100% occupancy, whilst real estates in Georgetown, Pulau Pinang and Ipoh, Perak, recorded occupancy rate of 49.80% and 45.54%, respectively. As of June 30, 2009, the overall average occupancy rate of real estate within the portfolio of AHP2 was 62.74%.
