Business Background DKSH is a Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia. As the term Market Expansion Services suggests, DKSH helps other companies and brands to grow their business in new or existing markets. It operates in the segments namely Marketing and Distribution segment, Logistics segment, and Others. The Marketing and Distribution segment provides a comprehensive portfolio of services ranging from marketing to providing sales force, distribution and logistics, invoicing and credit control, handling of inventory and returned goods and other value-added services. The Logistics segment provides supply chain services ranging from import to forwarding, warehousing and distribution, order processing and collections. The Others segment is engaged in the chocolate chip cookie business.
