Anyone who acquires KPJ would certainly gain the leading standing in terms of market share within the country. Staff nurse in charge did not show the ampoule & withdraw in front of patient prior to vaccination. This should be the proper procedure. Cashier was slow. Had to wait for 40 mins just to settle payment for the vaccination. It should be faster for cash paying patient, for vaccination. They put us on queue together with the rest of patients accessing ED! Exposing us to infection. There’s not enough chairs for the waiting area. I only found out when I looked at Google maps recently.
