Business BackgroundFoundPac Group Berhad designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells precision engineering parts for semiconductor manufacturers, outsourced semiconductor test and assembly companies, printed circuit board design houses, fabless semiconductor companies, and other channel partners.
