Last Friday’s long white candle pushed prices up to close above the 20-day EMA again, supported by a higher trading volume. The bullish gap up and coupled with the higher lows formation from the RM0.26 low, suggest that prices may continue its medium-to-longer term uptrend. The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) showed easing pressure while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has strengthened further, keeping the positive momentum intact. We think that aggressive traders may want to go long now with a stop-loss set at RM0.34 (a tick below the 50-day EMA). Is this due to agreement with syndicate in order to pull down the share price & collecting the share at cheap price before boost up? Hahaha. 30/11/2023 7:16 PM eddy888 E'island lake heaven residence have sold 95% but project completion keep on extend from Q4'23 to Q1'24, then extend again to Q2'24. Now further delay to Q3'24 as per feedback from owner who bought the unit since 2019 with reason shortage of workers. If complete early, then company will receive a big amount & huge profits need state at quarterly report, but syndicate not yet collect enough share. Will this is the reason causing project delaying? Only company directors & CEO will know. We can see now the share price is low but why top 2 shareholders didn't accumulate the share? Will this also an agreement between them & syndicate? For the Peak they have decided that it's cheaper to pay LAD than to complete it. JV better, Suria is local, Sabah is very protective of locals. Anwar wants transparent tender - this is definitely good for AQRS. There are not that many contractors who has the big infra track record. AQRS's chances ok. AQRS's pre-cast fab plant JV w Sabah Econ Board. IF these 2 parts don't give AQRS...well it remains a fair chance they don't get it - last round they got nothing. This was AQRS's job which was slashed. It's odd not to give it back to AQRS. Recent clear examples, YTL, even UEMS, even Ekovest. AQRS however, really shows no insider movements i.e. it shows no indication AQRS will be getting anything soon at all. However, market cap is so small, small volume can spike the share price. Really hard to tell, and really a small cap counter. Who was buying it so heavily from 37-40? I was able to constantly sell at 38-39 for days at that time. Later on I would easily buy back at 36 and resell at 38. What's the operator doing? No idea. After the crash, there was a day they keep taking up everything at 35, before pushing it down to 32.5. Becauuse it's small cap the margin is there, what's their game plan? 08/12/2023 4:23 PM eddy888 I didn't any news update at recent quarter reports. The same update as per few reports being announced. As what I can see, the company didn't plan to grab new projects. I believe company will focus to quickly complete existing construction projects before fully transform to property field which have higher margins. But base on current e'island & the peak property progress, a very bad reputation on project completion.
