The Company, through subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, construction, hotel operations and investment holding. The Company operates in four business segments: hotel, property development, construction and investment holding. In hotel segment it operates and manages hotel and other related services. In property development it is engaged in development of land into vacant lots, residential, commercial and industrial buildings and management of properties. In construction segment, it is engaged construction activities. Through investment holding, it is engaged in provision of corporate and financial support to its, property investment and other dormant companies. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company disposed Delta Awana Sdn Bhd. On September 9, 2010, the Company acquired 70% of Sova Holdings Sdn Bhd.
