Business Background Shin Yang Shipping Corp Bhd is a shipping company primarily engaged in the shipbuilding and shipping services. It has four business segments, shipping, ship repair and fabrication of metal structures segment, domestic and regional shipping segment which carries out shipping business in coastal and regional routes within Malaysia and ASEAN region, International shipping segment, and another segment consist of the business of shipping agency. The company derives most of the revenue from domestic and regional shipping segment. It operates in various countries like Malaysia, United state of Emirates, Singapore, Brunei, Republic of the Marshall Island, Japan, China and other, Taiwan, Thailand, however it derives most of its revenue from Malaysia.
