Business Background Glomac Bhd is a real estate development company. The company is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties for sale and sale of land, construction of buildings and property investment. The group is organized into three areas of businesses: Property development; Construction; and Property investment. Property development includes the development of residential land commercial properties for sale and sale of land; Construction includes the construction of buildings, and Property investment includes the investment of land and buildings held for investment potential and rental income in future. It derives most of its revenues from Property development segment. The group geographically operates and derives its income in Malaysia.
