Business Background SCC Holdings Bhd is a Malaysia based investment holding company engaged in the distribution of food service equipment segment, and sale of animal health products. The group operates in the business segments of Food service equipment segment, Feed additives segment, and Others. Food service equipment segment includes industrial-grade equipment used to aid the final preparation and delivery of meals to customers. Food service equipment has application in kitchens and is suited for food service providers. Feed additives segment are substances added in micro quantities to macronutrient of animal feed to provide specific health or nutrition effects. The group generates its key revenue from foodservice equipment division, and animal health products division.

If you hope for capital gain you will be disappointed because a majority of the company's earnings are distributed to s/h in form of dividends hence less money for reinvestment. This reinvestment money is essential to fund future growth. Plus the market cap is merely RM76 million, ultra low market cap will not attract institutional funds which are essential to push up the price further. PE of 12.6 is almost reaching the average small market cap index PE. this stock is purely dividen play giving out about 5-6% yield per annum. If u r buying at this current price,0.5. You are able to gain more than 6.5% on dividend Yield, which is much more better than a FD.
