Business Background Privasia Technology Bhd is an investment holding company engaged in providing Information Technology (IT), Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and Satellite-based network (SAT) services in Malaysia. IT services comprise of IT infrastructure outsourcing, consultancy and systems integration and procurement management. ICT services include wireless broadband infrastructure, comprehensive mobile and wireless communications consultancy, and systems development for ICT and mobile solutions providers and enterprises. SAT segment provides satellite-based network solutions. The group generates the majority of the revenue from IT segment.
