In order to prevent any power crazy country from violating the common human rights or military action to change country border United Nation, NATO and AUKUS should bar some of power crazy banks from the SWIFT international payments system, ban on the export of specific chips technologies ,freeze their assets, banning exports of strategic items, economic sanctions etc.
