I was super late to the party at 0.86. Nearly sold it at 1.14 yesterday as that will sort out my home financing for the next 8 months but the momentum was quite fierce so I opted to wait for a little longer.

I don't want to get my hopes up high but if SFP can reach 2.55, I can pay off the rest of my home financing and be eligible for 4.2% rebate and live literally debt-free before 45 :D
