Scomi, Sapura... got no fake accounting no fake projects, not the same. Even AirAsia dont have fake accounting. Name me 1 company in Bursa with fake accounting that is still trading?

Hmmmmm.... It is Bursa requirements that all annual report to be certified by auditors. Why worry ? Otherwise will be red flagged. For Serba it is just another mistake that they should learn about corporate governance in the future but already forgiven by the law. In Malaysia boleh land everything can be corrected and everything is possible. If Serba is given a second chance the shares will rise based on investors sentiment and not by individual interpretation or opinion. Stay tuned to watch Serba ending on i3 for the final episode of Serba Dynamite in a day or two.

Vicky no follow the whole news? the audit is not correct- not only revenue is fake, asset might be fake as well.. so.. the whole thing might be fake.. leaving maybe 30% of assets. With the huge debt, this maybe a negative earning business.

Winding up Serba is not an issue. But the real issues are the bank and government institutional and others able to absorb the losses. Can Serba a renown bumiputra company can be rectified ? Will the O&G sector able to recover in 2023 ? How about thousand of workers goes jobless and you are one of them. Economic reasons for winding up must be seriously weighed. How about Bursa reputation in treating this Serba case ? All these will have chain reactions and ultimately will affect all stakeholders including all future and current investors in bumi companies.

Sorry to said , countless company close shop, so pointless to mention those lost job etc as this is private company, investment come with losses, debtors is straightforward, either you pay up or lelong the company, not to said they did not give any chance to them, this already 2 years++, not getting better but getting worst with all the unverify stuff..............

By the way, still playing this card or sentiment that not possible for such reputable O&G company to just sink kill those people from the day this whole thing crash from 1++ to 30c++, then all the way till now 2c.......those people bleeding due to this so called belief vs the reality and data..............

Surely, it is possible for those newly jump in with fresh fund buying new low 2c++ for a gamble, high risk high gain, I cannot see those old timers will able to reverse their fortune of total losssssss, will you still dare to put new fund into this? Curious any old timers here still holding from 30c++ onwards, 10c++ onwards, 20c++ onwards and even way back 1++.......
