The Board of Directors (“Board”) of BCM wishes to announce that BC Medicare, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BCM, had on 15 March 2023, subscribed an aggregate 181,818,181 rights shares and excess rights shares of BSL at an issue price of RM0.055 each, representing 9.42% equity interest of the enlarged share capital in BSL pursuant to the renounceable rights issue of up to 2,354,494,986 new ordinary shares in BSL (“Rights shares”) together with up to 981,039,577 free detachable Warrants (“Warrants B”) on the basis of 12 Rights Shares together with 5 free Warrants B for every 2 existing ordinary shares held in BSL (“the Subscription”).
