A rather complication negotiation. Right now it is CDRC nego with financial Bankers with SAP submitted plan
on 29Sept 2022 ( New SAP plans can be re-submitted to CDRC if nego failed---no time Limit ) However
SAP has left 5months to submit "agreed" Regularisation Plan to Bursa to get out of PN17 ( Good news here
is Bursa allows Scomi to delay regularisation plan-----now 3years )
If nego & failed submission to Bursa, then SAP can file for High Court to decide. If failed, then can file for
Appeal Court to decide, if failed SAP can request 6 Federal Court Judges to Decide---Everything Failed, like
Najib can ask United Nation Judges to Decide??????????
All in All about 13years to settle. Your 18years Old may graduate with a PHD degree when everything is settled

Cash.......Listing means used "someone money to make more money" for "YOURSELF only ( investors 2nd
in line ).....BHD means 100---1000 years( no death Certificate Required, until you have depleted All your
investor Cash ) So what is DEBT True meaning in Listed Co. just a #, can carry on loading until Auditor resigned.
I say just Buy shares if you think can make "Capital Gain" or Good Dividend and Nothing else

as far as I am concern, Velesto is far more better managed than SAP. Insurance receipt from Naga 7
has reduce Debt by so much( so easy to be profitable ) Selling all its Rigs and distribute back to PNB will
benefit everybody But, but Day-Rate is so,so Good 2023-2024. Day-Rate@$120000, Velesto can make
RM170mil per year per RIG ( or 1.02Bil for 6 Rigs plus or minus excluding Expenses ). 2year it can wipe-off all remaining Debt. Selling 6 Rigs in 2025, just imagine how much money can distribute back to investors

SAP has 10--11 jack-Rigs ( 4-5 more than Velesto ) And maybe making $110,000 Day-Rate in December 2022
bcos they are bidding outside Petronas ( given only $80,000 )

No matter how good prospect of one division, also not rnought to pay back the debt, paying 1.5 billion a year also need 10++ to clear, assume no new loan...worst still SAP group still losing money due to legacy project

The price will only move after debt restructure success...

It is Not how much borrowing/Debt that is important but how well management can utilise them to earn
a profit. TNB has 50billions Borrowing. Should be Delisted 20years ago. However Gov give a 30billion Grant.
If Gov privatised SAP, Anwar will get a 10Bil HIT. Big Hole in Budget.....Previous finance Minister and now Anwar
is thinking how to save SAP and save face as well
