Tsh will join the dividend bandwagon

Nov 2022 gave 8 sen dividend after 18.7 sen profit in from part 1 payment of land sold

now is 2.5 sen dividend

May 2023 is when balance profit of 13 sen from land sold might result in another possible dividend

above is guaranteed fixed profit of land sold

let's see how much profit will be accrued from normal operation

And the best is yet to come for palm oil

This helps to unlock cash for dividend payment
