Bullballs, no. The announcement clarified that the CPs (condition precedents) were either met or waived. The announcement stated only part of the whole land consideration

I’d like Bursa to question TSH the specifics regarding the use of the word “waived” in the announcement…

Don’t worry too much about this. Like I said, I’m more interested the word “waived” in the announcement. Likely some hand shaking happened. If so, as long as legal, it’s ok coz it means both parties really want the entire deal to conclude

The CPs (condition precedents) need to be 'fulfilled or waived'.

Since the Mangkupadi land parcels have all been successfully converted from HGU to HGB, the CPs have been fulfilled. The question on waiver has become nugatory.

Nugatory is an escape route for many companies. Even a “I don’t know nuts” reply by a PLC regarding a Bursa enquiry on Limit Up or Limit Down is “nugatory” in the broad sense of the word

Look PSA, I’m still holding. I just want clarification based on my experience. You’re obviously losing money on TSH. It’s obvious. That’s NOT ok, I get you, I really hope TSH share price gets back to at least 1.20 before the end of this month and I hope you can hold on, just like me

The sale of Bulugan lands was supposed to be completed by 1st qtr of 2023.
But President Jokowi officially started Dev in East Kalimantan on Aug 2022 which is this month

So they hastened the land matters and more than 2/3 now completed with Cash payment received

The total profit should be 31 sen and since 2/3 is completed we can assume a profit of 22 sen (more or less to be included in Nov 2022 results. Balance of 9 sen profit will be reported in Nov 2022 as well if sale can be completed by Sept 30 2022 or else will be staggered into latest qtr

This staggered results also happen in Sabah 2 palm oil estates and mill sale of rm248 mil with 7.56 sen profit

Still got about 3.99 sen profit to be included in this month results

The pattern of both Sabah and Bulugan land sale and profits looked similar
They stagger into two qtrly reporting

This shows that year 2022 Tsh will report the best ever jump in 4 quarterly ever increasing profits like never before

Last time they call it golden rule for just 2 qtr increasing profit

Now what would you call a stock with 4 quarters and more of dynamic profits?

"Condition precedents has been fulfilled or waived". It is announced by RHB Investment Bank, a third party, not BODs themselves, so I don't think minority shareholders like me should worry about.

As at the LPD when the 07 Jun 2022 circular was issued, TSH's
- total interest-bearing borrowings amounted to approximately RM872.12 million
- total cash and bank balances of approximately RM261.48 million
- net interest-bearing borrowings amounted to approximately RM610.64 million

When RM550 million - part of the proceeds from the RM731 million Bulungan land sale - is used to pay down the interest-bearing borrowings, there will be an interest cost savings of approximately RM18.76 million per annum.

More importantly, TSH's net interest bearing borrowings will be just RM60.64 million ( RM610.64M - RM550M ) when RM550 million of borrowings reduced.

Like me , honestly I did not exit at peak prices because of my over excitement that cause OVER EXUBERANCE ON PLANTATION STOCKS, for TSH _ my target price RM __ is above RM 4.00 . That is the actual reason , I was caught too and bought a lot of my Eagle members being caught at the high penthouse prices as I _ as a leader

has to show some traces of remarkable bravery not to exit on the its prices.
