First a certain amount of the stock is pledged with the banks and lenders by borrowers including the directors. When the price go lower it will trigger margin calls and forced selling will take place further depressing the price
Next the syndicates and operators will manipulate it to their advantage
It's not that you can't buy this stock but make sure you have sufficient funds when the price go lower. No one knows where the bottom is ! |
