The refining loss due to using more expensive low sulfur crude and Q4 2022 mogas92 crack spread is negative.
Did not understand why derivatives loss RM 63 million?
Inventories write down RM 18.75 million.

The crack crack crack spread is rebound from low so no reason for HRC not making any profit.
Q422 is much better than Q3 22

So, Q123 will be in green

Hrc shld hv reserve stocks for selling during maintenance if any.
Don't worry about that. The margin will shot even higher this few months because of global shortage of refinery oil due to maintenance for most of the refinery in general

Refinery normally don't store a lot of stock. the evaporation and storage cost will kill them. most of the time, they do online blend. meaning they blend will delivering to the ship.

Contract shld written the purchasing agreement of monthly delivery amount to all she'll station from HRC.
I don't belive She'll station will shiut operation for 1 quarter while HRC under maintenence. I never seen oil station shut down because of no oil

James, the rock bottom entry price for HY was anything below 3.18 after they announced their previous quarter. I never say their Q1 and Q2 is good. What I said was Q1 should be okay.But what comes in Q2 or Q3, that would depends. Nobody can tell the future. If able to, I would be buying jackpot than playing the market. Hahaha.
