Deemed interests:- 
- Berjaya Land Berhad ("BLand"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interest in BLand.
- Berjaya Philippines Inc. ("BPI"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interest in BLand, the holding company of BPI. 
- Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad ("Bukit Kiara"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interest in BLand, the holding company of Bukit Kiara. 
- KDE Recreation Berhad ("KDE"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interest in BLand, the holding company of KDE. 
- Berjaya Vacation Club Berhad ("BVC"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interests in BLand, the holding company of BVC.
- Nural Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("Nural Enterprise"): Deemed interested by virtue of its interest in BLand, the holding company of Nural Enterprise. 

The interests (indirect in terms of number of shares) of Teras Mewah Sdn. Bhd. further to the transactions are as follows:- 
(1) BLand - 39,343,000 ordinary shares
(2) BPI- 7,892,175 ordinary shares
(3) Bukit Kiara - 1,800,000 ordinary shares 
(4) KDE - 1,049,994 ordinary shares 
(5) BVC - 3,230,000 ordinary shares
(6) Nural Enterprise - 15,323,200 ordinary shares
