BHD. (“EPV”), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN. BHD. (“PCSB”) FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF USD305.7 MILLION (“PROPOSED SHARE DISPOSAL”) We refer to the announcement dated 5 October 2012 in relation to the Proposed Share Disposal. On behalf of the Board of Directors of MISC, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company will be convening an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) at Ballroom 3, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, 30 November 2012 at 10.30 a.m. or any adjournment thereof for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the resolution pertaining to the Proposed Share Disposal with or without modification.
