Deemed interest by virtue of being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of KHIL. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust is deemed interested in the Genting Berhad shares held by KHIL. The Acquisition is now completed upon fulfilment of Conditions Precedent.
