Reason
i) These 1,000,000 shares and 200,000 shares were acquired by Dato' Tan Heng Chew ("DTHC's) through direct business transactions.
ii) These 100,000 shares were transfered by DTHC from Citicorp Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd to Mayban Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd. There is no change in the beneficial owner.
iii) These 4,900 shares were acquired by TCC from the open market and 850,000 shares were acquired by TCC through direct business transaction.
iv) These 500,000 shares were acquired by Wealthmark through direct business transaction.
