Disposal of 68,119,980* Genting Berhad ("GENT") shares directly held by Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay ("TSLKT") to Kien Huat International Limited ("KHIL").
TSLKT is deemed interested in the 68,119,980* GENT shares acquired by KHIL by virtue of him being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of KHIL. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust is deemed interested in GENT shares held by KHIL.
*Acquisition is conditional upon fulfilment of Conditions Precedent.
On completion, it will be registered in the name of Kenanga Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd Kien Huat International Limited.
