Payment of second interim dividend via distribution of treasury shares as share dividend on the basis of half (0.5) treasury share for every one hundred (100) existing ordinary shares held in Ranhill Utilities Berhad ("Ranhill" or "the Company") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("2nd Share Dividend FY2021").
After the distribution of the 2nd Share Dividend FY2021:-
(i) the total number of treasury shares is 6,237,665 units of ordinary shares which comprised shares bought back by the Company and retained as treasury shares as at 20 January 2022; and
(ii) the total issued share capital remain unchanged at 1,295,917,223 units of ordinary shares.
