1.The above total amount paid for the shares purchased amounting to RM1,034.41 is inclusive of brokerage commission, clearing house fee and stamp duty.
2. The above purchase was made pursuant to Companies (Amenment) (No. 2) Regulation 1998, Regulation 18B paragraph (b).
3. As the shares bought back amounting to only 10 lots, the Company has decided to account for it as treasury shares, this is to be in line with the treatment for total amount of shares previously bought back (i.e. 431,000 treasury shares).
