Working Experience Mr Leng Keng Hok @ Lim Keng Hock's educational credentials include an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. Upon graduation, he was part of the design team at PMG Research Laboratory in Melbourne from 1968 to 1969. At the end of his tenure at PMG, he relocated to Singapore where he held the position of Calibration Manager at Singapore Electronics and Engineering Pte Ltd. Returning to the country of his birth, he joined Melen Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1973 as Technical Manager where he was promptly promoted to the position of General Manager in 1976. In 1984, he recognised a strategic opportunity and founded Comintel Sdn Bhd, holding the positions of both Executive Director and General Manager.
