In year 2014, she re-joined Sime Darby Holdings Berhad as Senior Team Lead, Group Compliance Officer in Property Division and left in June 2016 to set up her own firm, namely FKSP Consulting Solutions, a consulting firm that provide advisory, risk and assurance services in manufacturing companies, automotive, industrial, oil and gas, engineering, property development, health care organisation, insurance companies, non-profit organisations and shared service organisations.
