1) He graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) from the University of Wollongong, Australia. 2) He attended the Senior Management Development Programme with Harvard Business School in 1998 and a Programme for Executive Development with IMD Business School, Switzerland in 2001. He holds a Master of Business Administration from IMD Business School, Switzerland in 2003. 3) He is a Graduate Member of the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
Working Experience
1) He started his engineering career in 1988 with Minconsult and was involved in the Trans Borneo Highway in Sabah under the World Bank. 2) He then joined Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad, a project management company, in 1989 at the commencement of the North South Expressway Project ("PLUS") until its completion in 1995 where he assumed several positions from Assistant Engineer, right up to Construction Manager. 3) He joined Peremba Construction Sdn Bhd ("PCSB") in 1995 as Project Manager and assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer of PCSB in 2000 and subsequently PCSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of PECD Berhad pursuant to the official listing of PECD Berhad ("PECD") on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 25 October 2004. He spearheaded PCSB's involvement in a number of industrial plant projects owned by Petronas, Tenaga National Berhad and Putrajaya Holdings. He also led PECD involvement in major infrastructure and property development projects in Malaysia and overseas. 4) He was a Project Director of Tidal Marine Group of Companies in 2008 where he overseas the whole operation of the Tidal Marine Group in Malaysia as well as the business development and marketing of its subsidiaries in the Middle East. 5) He has over 20 years of experience in business management, project management and construction management in local and international levels and has vast experience in large engineering projects such as highway and bridges, commercial, residential and institutional buildings. 6) He is presently the Chief Operating Officer of Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad.
