He is a professional with over 30 years of consulting and entrepreneurial experience in Asia in various trades and diversified portfolio of companies and industries. An alumnus of Accenture, one of the worlds leading management and technology consulting company. His experience and ability to assist clients in the supply chain, customer relationship management and enterprise planning, has brought him recognition with consulting stints at large multinational clients including Dell, Ericsson, Nortel Networks, British American Tobacco, Colgate-Palmolive, and Volkswagen, throughout Asia Pacific. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, the pioneer in pure-play Islamic banking in ASEAN. He serves as the Chairman of the Board Strategic and Sustainability Committee at Bank Islam. He is also a member of the Board Audit Committee, Board Risk Committee and Board IT Committee of the said bank. He also serves as an independent Non-Executive Director at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB). At PAMB, he serves as a member of the Board Nominating Committee, Board Remuneration Committee, Board Audit Committee and Board Risk Management Committee. He also serves as a Board of Trustee for PADU Corporation, the performance and delivery unit of the education blueprint in the Ministry of Education Malaysia. He is also a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at PADU. He served for two years (2019-2021) as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDEC), leading Malaysia's digital economy corporation, and was the Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee.
