Mr Reza Ghazali holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University, USA and a Diploma in F&B Operation & Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School, Les Roches at Bluche-Sur Sierre, Switzerland.
Working Experience
Mr Reza Ghazali began his early career within the hospitality sector in 1986. He then moved to work in the Public Relations and the Human Resources departments with the Multi-Purpose Holdings Group. Thereafter, he spent several years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as Senior Consultant in the Change Management and Strategic services division. He joined Korn Ferry in June 1995 as a Senior Associate. He was promoted to Client Partner and made Senior Client Partner in June 2000, and was subsequently appointed as Country Head & Managing Director, Malaysia in July 2005. In his current role, he provides human resource and talent advisory services at a strategic level to multinationals, Malaysian conglomerates and GLCs across all industries.
