Working Experience Ralph Marshall is the Deputy Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc (ASTRO) since August 2003 and September 2003 respectively. Ralph also serves as a director of MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd, the leading provider of Direct-To-Home satellite television in Malaysia since 1994 prior to commencement of the operations of the Group and was MBNS' Chief Executive Officer until May 2006. He has some 30 years experience in financial and general management.

Interest Ralph has a direct equity interest over 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in ASTRO.
