Working Experience	Mr Andrew Maclachlan Gray was appointed Managing Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad with effect from 1 May 2004. He first joined Souza Cruz, British American Tobacco's subsidiary in Brazil as a Management Trainee and has held various positions in Trade and Brand Marketing. From 1996 to 2003, he was Head of Marketing in Chile, Marketing Director in Mexico and Area Director of Central America and the Caribbean. Prior to his appointment in Malaysia he was the Chairman of the West Indian Tobacco Company in Trinidad and Tobago and also British American Tobacco Central America based in Panama. Mr Andrew Maclachlan Gray also resigned as a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
