Working Experience	Mr Andrew Gray joined Souza Cruz, a British American Tobacco's subsidiary in Brazil in 1987 as a trainee. He has occupied various positions in Trade Marketing and Distribution, Exports and Brand Marketing and other business units responsible for other tobacco products. From 1996 to 2002, he has worked in many of the British American Tobacco's operations around the world as Head of Marketing in Chile, Area Director in Mexico, Caribbean and subsequently in 2003, expanded his role to Central America and Caribbean after the integration of the Central America and Caribbean areas into a single business unit. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad, he was the Chairman of the West Indian Tobacco Company in Trinidad and Tobago and also British American Tobacco Central America based in Panama.
