Foo Ai Li (Ms Foo) has 18 years of finance experience in Malaysia and Singapore. She started her career as an auditor covering both statutory financial audits and internal controls audit. From 2002 to 2007 Ms Foo joined Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd before moving to Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd, with various roles in treasury ranging from a treasury dealer to a regional Treasury Manager. From 2008 to 2012, she joined Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad (the Company) at first in the role of Head of Reporting before holding the role of Finance Manager. Ms Foo was then appointed as Global Billing Manager for Shell Finance Operations, overseeing 300 staff and managing invoicing for Shell Group. Thereafter she took on the General Manager, Finance role in Shell MDS Sdn Bhd overseeing the finance functions covering manufacturing and marketing. Ms Foo returned to the Company in April 2016 as the Finance Manager, a role she held until now.
