Working Experience Tan Sri Dr. Lim brings a wealth of experience in the marketing of consumers products whilst he was the Sales Manager of a subsidiary company of OYL Industries Bhd. In 1991, he set up Top Glove Sdn Bhd, his own glove manufacturing and trading business. He has more than 20 years of experience in the rubber and latex manufacturing business.

Family Relationship Tan Sri Dr. Lim, Wee-Chai is the spouse of Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee and the brother of Mr Lim Hooi Sin, both are the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of the Company. Tan Sri Dr. Lim is also the brother of Ms Lim Quee Choo, a Substantial Shareholder of the Company.
