Working Experience
She joined PETRONAS in 1981 and is currently the Vice President, Human Resource Management Division, PETRONAS.
She started her career in the Oil Refining Business for 12 years as an Analytical Chemist, Process Engineer, Production Planner and Project Engineer. She then moved to the Corporate Planning and Business Development Division for 7 years and later to the Human Resources Division where her portfolio covered Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Job Evaluation for 3 years. For the following 3 years, she moved to the Petrochemical Business and later she became the head of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra for 3 years as the CEO. She was then appointed as the Vice President of Education Division, PETRONAS in March 2009.
