Working Experience	Mr Keh Chuan Seng began his career in the real estate development sector in Japan from 1991 to 2005. He has a wealth of knowledge in the local and international real estate, hospitality, agricultural, asset investment, and financing industries during his 14 years in Japan. As the Executive Chairman of the Frazel Group of Companies, he excels at strategising housing construction projects, and this is mainly attributable to his planning skills. Mr Keh entered the property development business in Kedah as well as Sadao, a district in Songkhla Province in southern Thailand, in 2010. His diverse experience includes the F&B businesses in Japan, as well as the niche bird nest trading and evergreen fisheries industries in Malaysia. Presently, Mr Keh is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of EG Industries Berhad and HB Global Limited. He is also currently the Committee Member of Kedah Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, through which he has established a strong commercial network in China.
