| Working Experience | Dato' Wong was articled with Harun, Oh & Wong, Chartered Accountants and the Malaysian member firm of Horwath International in 1981, qualified as a CPA in 1984 and admitted as a member of MICPA in 1985. Dato' Wong held senior management position in Harun, Oh & Wong and was seconded to Stoy Hayward London, Chartered Accountants and the UK member firm of Horwath International for 2 years from 1990 to 1991.
Dato' Wong was appointed as non-Executive Director of Insas Bhd in September 1992, re-designated as Executive Director Finance in January 1993, promoted as Managing Director in November 2000 and subsequently re-designated as non- Executive Director in January 2009. Dato' Wong is currently the joint chairman of the risk management committee of M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, the stockbroking firm of Insas Bhd and he holds Executive Director position in most of the subsidiary companies of Insas. Dato' Wong is also a non-Executive Director of Insas' associate companies including Melium Group, Gleneagles Medical Centre Sdn Bhd, Sengenics Sdn Bhd and J&C Pacific Sdn Bhd.
Dato' Wong has been a non-Executive Director of Inari Technology Sdn Bhd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Inari Amertron Bhd since its inception in 2006 and a non-Executive Director of Inari Amertron Bhd since September 2010. |
