Short Answer : The downfall is near to its tail end.

To begin with, we urge investors or traders to observe the trading volume of G3 Global; as one could easily identify the diminishing volume and selling pressure of the company.

Yes 一 we need to acknowledge the fact that on YTD basis, the share price of G3 had fallen by 61.11%, that however, was mostly contributed by the ex-substantial shareholder who held a grudge against the company, namely CC Puan and Green Packet.

As you may observe from the company’s announcement, an aggressive conversion of warrants were carried out by the company since beginning of the year. And by channel check, we could easily know that majority of the conversion was done by Green Packet, as CC Puan had retreated to the shadows.

Here comes the critical question – why would they sell the shares to this extend and depress the share price?

My educated guess is, there had been a grudge where Green Packet weren’t contributing much to the turnaround of G3 Global, it was the new major shareholder, Dato Sri Aminul Islam Bin Abdul Nor who carried out much of the work, inclusive of their medical diversification plan and collaboration with SenseTime, hence the hate.

The other “rational” guess would be a proxy collection behind the scene for the shares of G3. Think about it, would you sell something of value way beyond its intrinsic value? No sane person would do that. And one thing for sure – Green Packet’s current management team is smart, and they clearly know how the capital market works.

By forcefully dragging down the share price, out-of-the-picture minority shareholders are completely washed away from the company, resulting in a negative-loop in the share price.

I understand that 61.11% YTD loss is substantial, however if you think this over, it seems like someone is trying to collect G3 Global at a very cheap price.

But well again, these are pure speculations.
